For the fifth year in a row we were honored to perform at the Rooster Teeth Expo in front of a live audience. We began as a live D&D game at RTX, and returning to those roots every year warms our souls. Especially when we have such a large crowd! Look at those people in that panorama! Amazing D&D fans, every one!
This included partnering up again with Sidequest to offer a package for their Charity Gala. So not only did we have the pleasure of performing for such a magnificent audience but we raised money for some wonderful causes as well.
Our prize package included some rare and awesome D&D swag (graciously provided by Wizards of the Coast), some VIP seats for the live game, and the opportunity to help our Dungeon Master create original content for upcoming games. Specifically an NPC to party will meet, and a monster they will fight. So stay tuned to our podcast, as when those special charity winner created characters appear we’ll let you know at the end of that episode.
Here’s our Charity winners, Colin Caelin and Jordan Lucas, who teamed up to win the auction and split the prize with true heroic teamwork!
The live game was streamed on Twitch by Rooster Teeth, and we have the audio of that game as our July 17th, 2017 episode. We have more pictures coming from some amazing photographers who were at our panel, but if you were there and took pictures let us know on Twitter so we can share your images!
We have a new website! And a slightly new name! And soon some more content!
